Are your Sample Packs Royalty-Free?
That’s right! We sell products that can be used in your releases without paying additional royalties to the rights holders. It will be very clear on the relevant product page if there are any exceptions to this rule.
Will my items come in one package?
Yes, bundles and single products come in one package, which makes downloading easier and reduces your effort & time.
I have corrupted/Missing files in my order, what should I do?
It’s not a problem, all you have to do is contact us with your order number and product name so we can help you with any further missing files for your order.
What is your return/Refund and exchange policy?
Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on digital products. However if you are unsatisfied with your product we are happy to extend store credit to you so you can choose something else. Just send us an email with your order ID (example: #1023).
