How long does it take for me to receive my order?

How do I place an order?

What is your returns policy?

You normally have seven days to cancel the contract of sale under the Distance Selling Regulations. It does not apply to software goods or downloads, which cannot be returned. Orders cannot be canceled once the Product has been downloaded. Any other rights you may have are not affected by this.

I received the wrong item

Normally this happens when we attach the wrong product file to the worng product name, so please reach out to us with your order ID as well as the product name you wanted.

My order arrived damaged

Please contact us with your order number and product name in order for us to assist you in finding the missing files for your order.

How do I receive customer support?

What do I do if I entered an incorrect Email address?
