How long does it take for me to receive my order?
We provide immediate access to all products purchased from us in the form of a download link.
You can sign up by clicking on the icon that says my account on the top menu, next to the search bar. Alternatively, you can create a new account at checkout.
How do I track the status of my order?
Downloads are instant, so your orders are marked complete immediately. By creating an account during checkout or before placing an order, you will have permanent access to your order.
Will you keep my credit card information on file?
Your credit card information is not accessible to us, nor are we storing them anywhere.
Simple as that. When you find a product you want to order, click Add to Cart, then click Checkout.
You will receive a download link via email once you have paid for your product(s).
Click on the download link to download the product from our server, which has been optimized for fast downloads. As soon as you’ve completed the download process, you can begin making music with your new loops and samples.

Will my items come in one package?
Yes, bundles and single products come in one package, which makes downloading easier and reduces your effort & time.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
You normally have seven days to cancel the contract of sale under the Distance Selling Regulations. It does not apply to software goods or downloads, which cannot be returned. Orders cannot be canceled once the Product has been downloaded. Any other rights you may have are not affected by this.
Normally this happens when we attach the wrong product file to the worng product name, so please reach out to us with your order ID as well as the product name you wanted.
Please contact us with your order number and product name in order for us to assist you in finding the missing files for your order.
How do I receive customer support?
Send us an email or fill out our contact form and we’ll reply as soon as possible. We are available on Instagram if you want to communicate directly with us. We respond faster this way.
What do I do if I entered an incorrect Email address?
The good news is that you still have the order ID available to verify your purchase, so there is no need to worry. Our team will be able to assist you with your inquiry if you contact us via email.
